Scope
FlowTempo is responsible for deciding how personal information submitted through this website is used. This notice does not describe the handling of hospital operational or patient data in a product deployment.
Information we collect
The contact form collects your name, work email, organisation, optional role, enquiry type and message. The service also uses limited connection information temporarily to prevent abuse. We do not create advertising profiles or use the form to collect clinical records.
How we use it
We use the information to review and respond to your enquiry, assess possible pilot or partnership discussions, maintain necessary business correspondence and protect the form from misuse. Contact-form content is not used to train artificial-intelligence models.
Lawful basis
Processing is generally based on our legitimate interests in responding to professional enquiries and developing relevant business relationships, or on steps you request before entering into an agreement. We will request consent separately if a future activity requires it.
Service providers
The website is hosted using Cloudflare. Valid enquiries are sent by email using a contracted delivery provider configured by FlowTempo; they are not written to a website database. These providers process limited information under their own security controls and our instructions. We will update this notice if the material arrangement changes.
Retention
Email enquiries are kept only while needed to respond, manage a relevant professional relationship or meet legal obligations. Enquiries that do not progress should be reviewed and deleted on a proportionate schedule.
Security
The form uses encrypted transport, server-side validation, spam controls, same-origin checks and rate limiting. Delivery credentials remain server-side. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict processing of your information, object to processing or receive a portable copy. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
Cookies
This website does not currently use non-essential advertising, profiling or analytics cookies. No consent banner is shown because no non-essential tracking is enabled. If that changes, the relevant technologies will remain disabled until appropriate information and consent controls are in place.
